The CEA is seeking interested parties’ views on a draft Information Note concerning the European Union (Preventive Restructuring) Regulations 2022. The draft Information Note provides (i) a non-exhaustive list of potential early warning indicators that might serve to assist company directors in identifying that a company may be approaching financial difficulties; and (ii) information on the restructuring options available to companies facing financial difficulties, but which may otherwise have a reasonable prospect of survival.
Interested parties are invited to submit their views on the draft Information Note by 5pm on 1 November 2022. The document can be accessed here.
